Founder of Bit by a Fox, Prairie also hosted the Bit by a Fox Podcast. Her work was featured in The Whiskey Wash, Men’s Health, and Self Magazine, among others. She is the author of  Mixology for Beginners: Innovative Craft Cocktails for the Home Bartender.
