Bridget Albert
Known as “The Market Fresh Mixologist”, Bridget Albert is an award-winning author, educator, and media personality. Bridget is Southern Glazer’s Wine and Spirits National Director of Education Beam Suntory and is the founder and director of the Academy of Spirits and Fine Service-IL, a program for bartenders that teaches the history of spirits and pre-prohibition cocktails. Her skills utilizing fresh, seasonal ingredients have won her numerous awards in classic cocktail competitions, including first place at the Tales of the Cocktail Bar Chef Competition. Bridget has appeared as a featured mixologist on Food Network’s Iron Chef America and as an industry authority and mixologist on many other TV and radio programs. Bridget is the president of the National Charity Foundation of the United States Bartenders’ Guild, the world’s largest contributor to the cocktail culture.
