Max A. Solano

One of the West Coast’s most respected and creative mixologists and spirits educators, Max Solano is a mixologist and former Head of Whisky Education for Southern Glazer’s Wine & Spirits of Nevada. Solano built his reputation as the long-time Head Mixologist and Beverage Manager for Chef Emeril Lagasse restaurants and for shepherding Delmonico Steakhouse into one of the Top 10 craft cocktail bars in the U.S. Solano has been featured in numerous media outlets and has three Las Vegas Bartender of the Year awards. Solano is founder of bar consultancy, Bar Chef Productions, LLC, and a frequent tasting judge at international spirits competitions.
