Amy Schirtzinger is the sole proprietor of McClellan’s Pub in Dublin Ohio with over twenty years in the Service Industry. Known for her impressive knowledge of all things whiskey, Amy has been tapped to do barrel picks for Ohio Liquor, appeared on various whiskey themed podcasts, printed and televised media, and hosts private tasting and training for eager learners.

Alongside the spirits, she has curated an elevated pub-fare menu which has earned her multiple top 10 spots in major publications like Columbus CEO, Columbus Monthly, The Columbus Dispatch, and 614 Magazine. As well as spearheading industry survival measures throughout the pandemic for Ohio’s Hospitality industry, she is active with many local charities.

Currently in it’s 11th year of business, McClellan’s Pub, an Irish inspired Pub and eatery, is locally known for its extensive collection of whiskey that has now expanded to one of the most comprehensive and rare offerings in the entire state.
