Store owner, distributor, marketer, and spirits educator, Chris Zaborowski brings 40 years of broad industry experience to the Council of Tasters. Chris is an active member of numerous spirits organizations and helped write the standards for the Stave & Thief Society’s Certified Bourbon Steward program. Chris is currently co-owner of Louisville’s famous Westport Whiskey and Wine, which along with his distribution background, gives him a unique perspective on what consumers want and what they are buying.
