A self-taught mixologist, Molly Wellmann has expanded her love of bartending to include owning bars and writing about cocktails. Molly is co-owner of Japp’s, Japp’s Annex, Neons, and the Old Kentucky Bourbon Bar, all in Cincinnati. She has been voted best mixologist/bartender in that city four times. In 2019, Nightclub and Bar Media named Molly Best Bartender/Owner in the Nation. Her book  Handcrafted Cocktails: The Mixologist’s Guide to Classic Drinks for Morning, Noon & Night is a must for professional and amateur mixologists. Molly’s work bringing classic cocktails and old neighborhoods back to life has been featured in The New York Times, The Washington Post, and The Cincinnati Enquirer.
